Membership in the Federal Nurses Association (FedNA) is open to registered nurses who are members of the active component of the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force or uniformed US Public Health Service.
The Purpose of FedNA is to:
- Stimulate and promote the professional and educational advancement of military and federal health nurses;
- Enhance the health and improve health care for beneficiaries served;
- Foster high standards of nursing care in the military and federal sector; and
- Promote interaction with other nurses and nursing organizations on common issues and interests.
